Configuration that needs to be checked when location is not appearing in OP insights dashboard:-
* Check if you have loaded same maps in OI as they exist in cmx? check floor id number to make sure map in cmx is same as it is in OI.
* To check floor id in cmx: go to floor map(from detect & locate tab) that you are interested in, floor id should in bottom left on the floor page itself.
* To check floor id in OI: go to configure->maps, select the same map you checked in CMX, floor id should be in bottom left of the flor map page
Make sure tag you are verifying exist on cmx floor map.
