This indicates that the Access Point (AP) – to which your users are connected to – has not been added to the CMX Engage dashboard. This error page is displayed the moment the captive browser tries to load your portal on the user’s device.
To resolve this issue, you have to add the new AP to the CMX Engage dashboard. This happens automatically every time CMX Engage syncs your location hierarchy. In case you do not want to wait for the periodic sync and add the AP manually to the dashboard, you need to contact us for the same.
